That is why we are looking for a strategic and decisive HR Manager who can make a significant contribution to the development and growth of our portfolio companies.
As an HR Manager, you are responsible for setting up, implementing, and optimizing HR policies within the portfolio companies of our investment firm. You act as a strategic partner for the management of the portfolio companies and support them in all aspects of human resources, from talent management to organizational development.
• Developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the growth ambitions of the portfolio companies.
• Advising management teams on HR-related issues such as organizational design, leadership development, and cultural change.
• Coaching leaders through change processes and managing HR risks.
• Supporting recruitment and selection for key positions within the portfolio companies.
• Analyzing and optimizing HR processes and introducing best practices within the portfolio companies.• Monitoring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in HRM, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a strategic HR role, preferably within a dynamic or international environment.
• Experience with change management and organizational development is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to switch between strategic and operational levels.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
